SurgiCare offer new levels of customer care through a surgeon-led structure. In their new website they wanted to reflect strengths and promote customer reassurance.

Rather than emphasising finance, offers and services, in that order (typical competitors' practice), we created four main sections to instil confidence in customers - Surgery & Treatments, Care Centre, Standards & Staff, Stories & FAQ's; this gave 'care & standards' the appropriate weight. Analysing customer objections ensured 'page real estate' supported sales and answered real customer concerns.
